Plant Incharge (RMC Plant)

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Plant Incharge to manage the overall operations of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in RMC plant operations and will be responsible for production, logistics, quality control (QC), site supervision, driver management, and sales coordination . Key Responsibilities: Production Management : Oversee batching, ensure optimum plant utilization, and maintain production quality. Logistics & Dispatch : Manage transit mixers, scheduling, and timely deliveries to client sites. Quality Control : Ensure concrete mix design meets client and industry standards, and conduct regular checks. Site Supervision : Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth RMC supply and placement. Driver & Fleet Management : Monitor transit mixers, drivers, and fleet maintenance for efficient dispatch. Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to meet order requirements and optimize plant output. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years in an RMC plant handling production, logistics, and quality control. Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Strong leadership, operational efficiency, problem-solving, and team management. Other: Ability to work under pressure and ensure seamless plant operations.
