Job Description

Oversee Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop plant teams to achieve production targets and maintain a high-performance culture. Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and maintaining product quality. Health Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety. Budget Management: Control plant budget, manage costs, and optimize resource utilization to meet financial targets. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet all quality standards and customer specifications. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualification Degree /Diploma in Rubber Technology or Polymer Engineering/ Mechanical
