Role & responsibilities Production management: Planning and organizing production schedules, and implementing strategies to maximize production Budget management: Overseeing the annual budget, tracking expenses, and reducing waste Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting safety as part of the work culture Staff management: Leading and motivating a team of workers, and handling staffing issues Equipment and facility maintenance: Maintaining equipment and managing facility infrastructure Communication: Effectively conveying directives, equipment requirements, and safety protocols to team members Time management: Setting priorities based on urgency to maximize efficiency and productivity Ensure adherence to quality standards across all production processes.
