Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 15-20 years of experience to lead our CNC machine shop in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in handling overall plant operations, including implementing efficiency and effectiveness improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise the operation at the plant level, ensuring high-quality production and meeting targets.
Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes, including programming CNC machines.
Manage labour effectively to ensure smooth production flow and meet deadlines.
Oversee maintenance and repair of CNC machines and grinding machines.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
Proven experience in managing CNC machines, including programming and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make quick decisions.
