Job Description

Position- Plant Head Location- Dasna Masuri (Ghaziabad) Job Summary: The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire plant operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and leading a team towards achieving operational excellence in a plastic injection molding environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production. Implement production schedules to meet customer requirements while optimizing machine utilization. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. 2. Production & Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to minimize waste and reduce cycle time. Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are in place for machinery and equipment. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and compliance with ISO, GMP, and other industry standards. Coordinate with the quality team to resolve defects and implement corrective actions. Work closely with R&D and engineering teams for process improvements and new product development. 4. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of production managers, supervisors, and operators. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training programs to enhance workforce skills. 5. Cost & Inventory Management: Monitor and control operational costs, raw material usage, and inventory levels. Optimize procurement strategies for raw materials and ensure just-in-time inventory management. Reduce wastage and scrap through effective production planning. Qualifications & Experience: CIPET/Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering. 6-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and machinery.
