Plant Head should be responsible for handling all activities of RMC Plant.
He should be able to create new clients for selling the RMC product..
Should be able to find new business for selling the RMC product.
Handle the supplier & create new vendors.
Follow up clients for collection of payments.
Should have have at least 10 to 12 years of experience.
Should be able to create team from local market and assign target to get maximum productivity from the sales team.
Should be able to resolve mechanical issues of RMC plant, proper coordination from casual staffs, helpers, drivers & employees.
Should be able to handle all matters related to the general administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
