Ltd. has world-class machinery like CNC machines, laser cutting machinery, and robotic arm cutting machinery. Job Description: The Factory Head is responsible for overseeing the operations of a manufacturing facility. They are accountable for ensuring that the plant runs smoothly, meets production goals, and maintains quality standards. They work closely with other departmental heads to plan and implement strategies that optimize production efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure employee safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and material procurement. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations. Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Hire, train, and manage factory personnel, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and motivated. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees, implementing safety policies and procedures to reduce the risk of accidents or injuries. Develop and implement budgets for the factory, ensuring that all expenses are within approved limits. Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the factory. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the factory's overall performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including environmental, health, and safety regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to suggest ideas for improving processes, products, and the overall operation of the factory.     Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least five years in a leadership role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for manufacturing facilities. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.   Job location -Bangalore.
