Position: Plant Coordinator Assistant
Location: Delhi Office (15 days) & Rudrapur Plant (15 days)
Experience Required: 3 – 7 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent industry experience
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Plant Coordinator Assistant to support plant operations and act as a bridge between our Delhi corporate office and Rudrapur manufacturing plant. The role involves coordinating daily activities, assisting in production and operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between Delhi office and Rudrapur plant for production, operations, and administrative requirements.
• Support plant head in daily operations, manpower management, and production schedules.
• Monitor plant activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and MIS related to plant performance and share with management.
• Assist in handling vendor coordination, raw material planning, and logistics support.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
• Travel between Delhi office and Rudrapur plant (15 days each) as per monthly schedule.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of plant operations / manufacturing processes.
• Experience in serving operations and coordination activities.
• Excellent communication & team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting.
• Problem-solving, leadership, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle cross-location responsibilities.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Production sector.
• Candidates with prior experience in plant coordination, serving operations, production management, or operations will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,925.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
