Plant and Machinery Executive

As a Plant and Machinery Executive, your role involves overseeing, managing, and optimizing the operation, maintenance, and performance of equipment and machinery at the company. Your primary responsibilities include: - Supervising daily operations and maintenance of plant machinery. - Conducting regular inspections and implementing preventive maintenance plans. - Coordinating with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs. - Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. - Maintaining accurate records of machinery performance and maintenance schedules. - Proposing and implementing improvements for operational efficiency. Additionally, your functional skills should include expertise in purchasing, selling, repairing, and maintaining machines and plants involved in the construction of roads. Experience with plants such as Hot mix Plant, Batch Mix Plant, WMM Plant, Drum Mix Plant, and paver is preferred. Qualifications required for this role include a B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical.
