Job Description

1. To ensure proper housekeeping & sanitization at plant & premises 2. Admin audit trackers & Civil work report sent to respective Bay owners & Monthly Admin review report/PPT). 3. Co-ordination with Bay Owners/HODS for necessary compliances against raised Admin related Issues/Observation/Non-Conformances in his respective units/area. 4. Co-ordination with out-sourced agency during Periodical disposal of Hazardous waste/Non Hazardous waste 5. Provide help to EHS department to fulfil all necessary compliances 6. Wastage analysis with consumable budget monitoring to reduce costing 7. Organize the EHS/HR/Admin related event Celebration like National Safety Day, World Environment Day etc. 8. To help in periodical Monitoring & maintenance of Fire Extinguishers placed in various sections of all respective units. 9. Coordination with department during their Auditors visit at plant site for necessary arrangements 10. In case of accidents occur, attend the accident place and provide necessary first aid. If requires take the injured person to OHC/Hospital for further treatment 11. Follow up with purchase dept. for material & PO 12. PPE Distribution 13. Arrangement of cabins, seating as per requirement & approvals 14. To address all employee complaints and record employees feedback on quality of services 15. To ensure proper general maintenance of plant like toilet repairing, painting work, civil and electrical maintenance & repairing of cabins. 16. Coordination with central canteen for food availability and food quality 17. Events planning as per requirement AMC planning and execution
