Job Description

1) Complete understanding of Circle Tower Portfolio with RAG status 'a. Compile list of Towers with detail of known and unknown design towers b. Keep track of TLVA not done towers and plan TLVA on multi-tenant sites c. Update RAG status of towers on regular basis 2) Provide SME support to manage Tower & Pole portfolio in safe & sharable condition 'a. Keep track of Extremely Critical towers & unsafe tower & Pole portfolio b. Prepare Roadmap for converting all unsafe and overloaded sites to make safe and sharable c. Work with TLVA & PLVA partners to provide strenthening solution for unsafe tower d. Finalize BOQ & PR for tower strengthening in line with Circle strengthening AOP e. Technical support to resolve site specific challenges faced during implementation of solutions 3) Technical feasibility for Sharing and Upgrade business within TAT a. Technical feasibility of loading punched in customer SR b. Keep track of all the strengthening 4) Technical feasibility & Design for New built Roll out a. Techncial feasibility of nominal proposed by Acquisition against NB SR b. Conduct SBC for Ground based & BFS for Roof top c. Release of Drawing & BOQ d. Technical issue resolution 5) Solutions for New business requirements- Smart city, Camouflaging & IA a. Participate in RFP for understanding the new requirement b. Work with Partner/ HO team for finalization of new design c. Support for smooth roll out of new solution
