Job Description

Role & responsibilities - The role is a very hands-on role, provides direct exposure/visibility to the senior leadership of the organization as well as the Group. 1. Planning Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement the Planning strategy, aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Establish project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes. Define and enforce project management policies, procedures, and best practices. 2. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate the development of project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide proactive resolution. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards. 3. Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation across projects to optimize utilization and efficiency. Assess resource requirements and identify skills gaps for project teams. Support project managers in acquiring and managing necessary project resources. 4. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making. Provide updates on project portfolio performance to executive management. 5. Planning Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management practices within the organization. Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance project management efficiency. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging project management trends. Preferred candidate profile- 8 - 12 years of experience in real estate (or) Postgraduate with 6 - 8 years of experience in real estate planning & project management. Civil Engineers with MBA in Advanced Project Management (APM), NICMAR preferred.
