Hvax Technologies Private Limited is looking for Planning Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and implement strategic plans for the allocation of personnel, materials, and budgets Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to define and prioritize objectives Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Provide training and guidance to team members on project planning and management techniques Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
