Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Executive / Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement processes and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders (POs), coordinating with vendors, managing production schedules, ensuring timely material procurement, and following up to maintain seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order (PO) Management: Raise and process purchase orders for materials and supplies. Ensure accuracy in PO details, pricing, and vendor agreements. Track and maintain PO records for audit and reporting purposes. Vendor Coordination & Relationship Management: Engage with vendors to negotiate terms, delivery timelines. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. Resolve any procurement-related issues with vendors proactively. Production Scheduling & Material Procurement: Align production plans with material availability to avoid bottlenecks. Work closely with the production team to schedule and adjust supply needs. Anticipate potential material shortages and take corrective action. Follow-Ups & Logistics Management: Ensure timely delivery of materials through proactive follow-ups. Track shipments and coordinate logistics for on-time arrivals. Address any supply chain disruptions and implement corrective measures. Supply Chain Optimization & Reporting: Monitor inventory levels and align procurement with demand forecasts. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. Generate and present reports on procurement, vendor performance, and supply chain status. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or supply chain operations. Strong understanding of PO management, production planning, and inventory control. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel for tracking and reporting. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
