Job Description

1. MSP Bar chart preparation, tracking and updation. 2. Fortnightly report on planning and site progress Resource Planning. 3. With the HO depts.(Contracts, D D, Planning Estimation Dept.) 4. Assistance to Project Manager 5. Updates of Barchart on weekly basis as per actual site progress. 6. Preparation/Documentation regarding extra work and coordination with client Engineering Team 7. Preparation of manpower Requirements Updates deviation on weekly Basis of all sites 8. Weekly meeting to be arranged at site and MOM to be send to respective departments 9. Daily Report submitted to VP Engineering 10. Coordinate with HR regarding review sheets and KPIs Distribution in Engineering Team 11. Preparation and monitoring of project planning, coordination project budget in consultation with the project team and CEMG and ensure that all concerned are aware of the plans. 12. Monitoring of work plans, resource utilization, productivity studies etc 13. Monitors construction schedule and time cycles highlight anticipated delays/ deviations in advance with corrective action plan. 14. Cost analysis control measures for progress, resources methodology. 15. Serves as liaison and performs all necessary functions in support of Planning, Coordination Commission 16. Participates in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures Technical Skills Knowledge Planning Organizing, Communication Interpersonal skills, Result Orientation, Flexibility Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Project, MS-Office (especially MS Excel) mandatory Experience Educational Qualifications 1. 4-6 years of experience 2. DCE / BE (Civil)
