We are hiring a Planning Engineer (Mechanical) to manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth execution of mechanical engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in planning tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in planning engineering mechanics role. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential). Strong understanding of project planning principles, including Gantt charts creation and resource allocation.
