Planning & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update 

  project schedules

   to ensure timely project completion.
• Develop and track 

  project progress plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation schedules

  .
• Coordinate with the site execution team for 

  daily, weekly, and monthly progress monitoring

  .
• Manage 

  client and subcontractor billing

  , ensuring accurate quantity measurements and certification as per contractual terms.
• Prepare 

  RA Bills, quantity reconciliation reports

  , and maintain documentation for audits and client submissions.
• Assist in preparing 

  cost forecasts, budget control reports, and delay analysis

  .
• Ensure alignment between 

  planning data, billing progress, and site execution performance

  .
• Generate 

  MIS reports

   and highlight potential schedule deviations or cost overruns to the project management team.
• Interface with the 

  client, consultants, and internal teams

   for approvals and technical clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

   from a recognized university.

• 5–6 years of experience

   in Planning & Billing within 

  tunnel / underground / hydropower / infrastructure projects

  .
• Strong proficiency in 

  Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel

  .
• Hands-on experience in 

  quantity surveying, BOQ validation, cost control, and billing documentation

  .
• Understanding of 

  construction methodologies

   in tunneling (NATM, Drill & Blast, Shotcrete, Rock Bolting, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
