Planning Engineer - Electrical

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop, track, and update project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project . Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align execution plans. Identify scheduling conflicts, delays, or risks and suggest preventive or corrective actions. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and look-ahead plans. Monitor project performance against baseline and update project stakeholders. Assist in resource planning and productivity analysis. Support project billing and invoice verification by tracking work progress. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 , MS Project, and Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good understanding of electrical project components —cabling, substations, switchgear, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
