In this role, you will:
Leading the entire demand planning, supply planning & CS&L team for end-to-end operations to deliver short term as well as long term business goals for India business along with key SC KPIs. This role is expected to partner with sales, marketing & finance leaders to deliver the monthly & yearly top line as well as bottom line targets through the efficient supply chain operations & seamless coordination with manufacturing sites across India.
Essential / Primary Duties: Effective management of supply chain operations
Delivering Best in Class (BIC) Service, OTIF @ BIC cost to serve to NSV @ BIC Cash.
Standardize, stabilize and sustain gold standard operational plans for S&OP / IBP.
To support ABP/QF creating base line as input & capacity planning (RCP). To work with sales & marketing to build robust NPD & create building blocks based on various initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in terms of utilization analysis and drive complexity exercise through network study and logistics operations streamlining. Build a basis for capacity additions/ rationalization & allocate resources including capital on time.
Ensuring strong CS&L delivery through strong customer relationships & joint planning with teams
Ensure compliance of operations with laws, including customs, duty Tax and other requirements
Enhancing the team capability with right skills to meet the current & future needs of the business
KPIs delivery
Deliver FA /FB on target working with cross functional team
Plan interventions & initiatives to deliver on the inventory targets
Lead the process of SKU rationalization from SC along with new additions. To exercise the right controls on SKU additions.
Deliver on cost targets, DC, slob, liquidation etc. as planned.
Build & deliver productivity across commercial SC to deliver India targets
Work with regional teams to implement the best practices for effective Supply chain function
Build capability for future ready organization on resources & infrastructure
Lead efforts on SC digitization for effectiveness & transparent operation. Using more of lead indicators for action planning.

Education: BE + MBA
Experience: 10+ years of experience
Manages department of Managers/Supervisors and Professional Staff
Has accountability for a large function (end-to-end Planning, distribution & logistics)
Strong experience in IBP along with supply planning to meet business goals
Develops short to mid-term departmental plans including ops and org. priorities
Handles personnel action including interviewing, hiring, regular feedback, performance reviews and salary recommendations.
Takes strategic direction from functional objectives or executive leadership.
Informs, interacts with and presents at meetings frequently with executive leadership.
Proven experience in Planning & logistics management of 10+ years within FMCG or large tier organizations
Strong understanding of complex initiatives/change management and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing cross border sourcing & export management is desirable.
Strong understanding of safety standards to operate under & ability to implement
Managed budgets related to logistics and operations of $20M & inventory management for large complex business with 10+DCs & 200+ SKUs
Working closely with finance partners on quarterly and yearly budgeting processes
