Position Title: Planner Reporting To: Chief Executive Location : Ratnagiri, Maharashtra Experience: 5+ Years Budget: based on relevant experince Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to address delays or changes in scope. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and vendors to discuss Expression of Interest (EoI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. Develop a comprehensive qualification criteria checklist based on RFP requirements. Analyse production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Plan and organize on-site visits to various firms for technical scrutiny and assessment. Knowledge of shipbuilding/ ship repair activities and sequencing Desired profile: BE/BTech - Mechanical/ Marine engineer 5+ years' experience in a Ship Yard OR with a ship owning/ Ship Building/Repairing company Proficiency in MS Project.
