Job Responsibilities Planner-CT Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and operations, to gather project requirements and constraints. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or deviations from the original plan, proposing corrective actions as needed. Utilize planning software and tools to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow efficiency. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources, minimizing delays and cost overruns. Analyze project data to improve forecasting accuracy and enhance planning strategies. Generate periodic reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with project status updates and key performance metrics. Support the development of contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure project continuity. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Continuously review and improve planning processes to align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
