Placibo Technologies is an EduTech company focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. We provide training programs that prepare students for real-world career opportunities and placements. We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for converting daily leads into enrollments for our training programs. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and passionate about helping students shape their careers. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads generated through campaigns, inquiries, and referrals. Make daily outbound calls to potential students and parents; follow up consistently. Conduct consultative discussions with students about career goals, course options, and placement benefits. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets as assigned. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and follow-up data. Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversions and the feedback loop. Address student/parent doubts on courses, fees, and career opportunities . Assist in explaining financial options (EMI/Fee structures) where applicable. Build trusting relationships with students and families to drive enrollments. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Experience: 1–3 years of sales or counselling experience (preferably in EdTech, Training, or Academic Counselling ). Skills: Strong communication in English & Tamil (Hindi is an advantage). Persuasive and empathetic approach with students/parents. Target-driven with a consistent record of achieving sales numbers. Ability to consult and guide students toward career-oriented courses. Familiarity with IT/Tech training programs is a plus. Personality: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, approachable, and relationship-focused.
