IQJITA is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Officer who can support students in achieving successful career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with companies and recruiters.

key Responsibilities:

• Organize campus placement drives and career-related events.
• Build and maintain connections with HRs and recruiting companies.
• Schedule interviews and group discussions with companies.
• Handle placement enquiries and coordinate smoothly between students and recruiters.
• Maintain updated placement records and student details.
• Share job openings and updates.
• Guide students through the placement process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS office, email handling, documentation)
• Good organizational and coordination skills

Working condition

• 1 year experience ( preferred )
• 50% office and 50% filed work
