Role Overview:

Were looking for a Placement Officer to lead our placement activities and build strong corporate connections.

"CROs" (Career Relationship Officers) with proven placement records are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with IT companies hiring in SAP, Data Science, Ai Streams, etc.

Drive placement activities: recruitment drives, job fairs, virtual interviews.

Coordinate with training teams to match candidates with suitable openings.

Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career direction.

Maintain placement records and achieve placement targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).

5+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.

Strong network in "SAP hiring (FICO, MM, PP, ABAP, SCM, HCM, etc.) and IT" market.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven and target-oriented.

Preferred:

CRO (Career Relationship Officers) highly preferred.

Fluency in English & Tamil.

Experience in SAP/ IT Placement.

Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn outreach.
