Placement Officer

Job Description

Role: Placement Officer Work Mode: WFH 6 Days Working (Mon to Sat) Key Responsibilities Identify and establish partnerships with companies for student internships and full-time placement opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, HRs, and hiring managers. Coordinate placement activities, including scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and feedback collection. Maintain detailed records of placement data and student progress. Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and job-readiness training. Regularly update internal teams and management on placement outcomes and progress. Collaborate with academic teams to align student skills with industry needs. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or career services, preferably in the education sector (mandatory). Proven track record of placing fresh graduates in internships or full-time roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities. Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Outcome-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
