RP2 Education Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Placement Officer to oversee and enhance the institutes placement activities. The ideal candidate will build strong corporate relationships, prepare students for interviews, and ensure successful job placements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to facilitate job placements. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs. Guide and mentor students on resume building, interview techniques, and career planning. Coordinate with academic departments to align industry requirements with student skill sets. Maintain a database of potential recruiters, job openings, and student placements. Ensure students are well-prepared for the hiring process through training sessions and workshops. Keep track of employment trends and market demands to improve placement strategies. Develop strong alumni networks for career support and mentorship opportunities. Handle placement-related documentation, reporting, and compliance with institute policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling. Strong networking skills with industry professionals and corporate recruiters. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to organize and conduct placement-related activities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and job portal management. Preferred: Experience working in an educational institution. Familiarity with campus recruitment and internship programs.
