Job Title: Placement Executive

Department: Placement Cell

Job Summary:

The Placement Executive is responsible for coordinating student placements, maintaining corporate relationships, and supporting employability initiatives. The role ensures successful job and internship opportunities for students in alignment with ICA Edu Skills’ mission to bridge the skill-employability gap.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Placement Coordination

• Facilitate student placements through campus drives, job fairs, and recruiter visits.
• Prepare and maintain student placement databases, resumes, and progress reports.
• Counsel and guide students on interview preparation, resume writing, and professional conduct.

2. Corporate Outreach & Relationship Management

• Identify, contact, and engage with new companies for placement tie-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing recruiters and industry partners.
• Follow up with employers for placement feedback and offer confirmation.

3. Placement Events & Activities

• Coordinate and organize placement drives, employer meets, and networking events.
• Support regional and national job fairs in collaboration with the placement team.
• Ensure smooth execution of interviews, tests, and selection processes.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate placement records, offer letters, and student tracking reports.
• Submit weekly/monthly placement performance reports to the Area/Regional Manager.
• Ensure all placement activities comply with institutional guidelines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or career services

Language known - Hindi, English and Bengali

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
