Role: Placement Officer

As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing our end-to-end placement process and assisting our students in securing meaningful job opportunities in the clinical research and healthcare domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, CROs, pharma companies, hospitals, and recruiters.
• Coordinate with HR teams to secure interviews, internships, and job opportunities for students.
• Guide students through resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness.
• Organize placement drives, career counselling sessions, and mock interviews.
• Track placement progress, maintain data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure high student satisfaction and transparent communication throughout the placement process.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  placement coordination / HR recruitment/training & development

  .
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
• Experience in the education, training, or clinical research industry will be an added advantage.
