Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with HRs and recruiters from pharma, clinical research, and healthcare companies to explore job and internship opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with hiring partners and industry professionals
• Schedule interviews and act as a point of contact between students and employers
• Provide resume reviews, interview preparation, and career counseling to students
• Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer interaction sessions
• Maintain placement records and student tracking reports
• Collaborate with academic and training teams to align candidate readiness with market needs
• Ensure end-to-end support from first contact to final placement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or a similar role
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of hiring processes and career services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet placement targets
• Must have a personal laptop and mobile phone
• Immediate joiners are preferred
