Job Description : Placement Manager Location : Bangalore (Jaynagar) Please Note : Kannada Language is Must. Please Don't Apply if you don't understand and if you cannot speak Kannada Language. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate training programs to enhance student employability skills, including soft skills development and technical training. Strong Coordination with Learners as well as IT Clients is Mandatory. Monthly Joiners should be approximately more than 50 learners. Develop strong relationships with corporate partners through regular meetings and follow-ups. Mobilize students for internships, jobs, and other opportunities by providing guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and application procedures. Ensure effective client handling by maintaining open lines of communication throughout the recruitment process. Manage campus placements for IT and non-IT companies, ensuring timely communication with clients. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Campus Placement, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Corporate Relations, Mobilization, Skill Development & Training & Placement. Strong understanding of Kannada language is an added advantage. Excellent counseling skills to guide students towards suitable career options. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (faculty members) as well as external partners (corporate representatives).
