Innomatics Research Labs is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Placement Officer to lead our placement team and drive successful student placements for our Data Science and Full Stack Development courses. The ideal candidate should possess strong corporate connections, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving high placement percentages. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic placement plan to achieve high placement success for students. Build and maintain strong corporate relationships with companies to facilitate job and internship opportunities. Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus hiring events to connect students with recruiters. Collaborate with the academic and training teams to ensure students are job-ready. Achieve placement targets and ensure maximum placement percentage for each batch. Track and report the placement status, offer letters, and joining confirmations regularly. Onboard new hiring partners and expand the company's placement network. Monitor market trends and suggest skill enhancements to improve student employability. Handle student queries related to job opportunities, career paths, and placement processes. Lead and mentor the placement team to ensure the achievement of set targets. Skills Required: Excellent Corporate Networking & Relationship-Building Skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving high placement targets. Knowledge of the IT industry, technical hiring, and current job market trends. Ability to conduct placement drives, bulk hiring events, and corporate meetings. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and hiring platforms.
