As a Placement Coordinator & Internship and Job Placement Specialist at Digital Medha, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful placement of students into relevant internships, job opportunities, or real-world projects. Your responsibilities will involve job and internship sourcing, employer relationship management, student support and guidance, placement monitoring and follow-up, organizing networking and recruitment events, as well as tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify employment and internship opportunities for students aligned with their academic programs and career goals. - Develop and manage a network of industry contacts to secure placements. - Build strong partnerships with organizations to facilitate internship and job placement opportunities. - Guide students through the placement process, providing support from resume writing to final placement. - Oversee student progress during placements and address any issues that arise. - Coordinate career fairs, recruitment sessions, and networking events for students. - Monitor and maintain placement data for reporting purposes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in placement coordination, career services, or student support roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Experience with placement management software or job boards is an asset. - Knowledge of the current IT & Digital job market and industry trends.,
