Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Placement Coordinator role based in Gurugram. The Placement Coordinator will work closely with students, alumni, and partner companies to support job placements. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential employers, coordinating placement activities, scheduling interviews, and guiding students through the placement process. The role involves regular communication with students to assess their career goals, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for hiring organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams & employers.

✅ Organize on-campus & off-campus drives for student placements.

✅ Screen students, match them with suitable job opportunities.

✅ Coordinate end-to-end placement activities with companies.

✅ Track placement outcomes and maintain corporate relations.
