As a Placement Process Manager, your role involves coordinating the entire placement process, which includes tasks such as resume collection and screening of candidates. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of job opportunities and companies to facilitate potential student placements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the placement process from start to finish, ensuring smooth operation and effective communication with all stakeholders. - Build and nurture relationships with employers and industry professionals to create job opportunities for students. - Gather feedback from students, employers, and other relevant parties to continuously improve the placement program. - Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of the placement process. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in placement services or human resources is preferred. - Ability to work full-time in a day shift. - Must have at least 1 year of total work experience. - Should be willing to commute/relocate to Kochi, Kerala for the job. Please note that this is a full-time position requiring your presence in Kochi, Kerala.
