Placement Coordinator

Job Title: Placement Officer – SAP Training Division Location: Pune, India Company: Candent Academy (SAP Authorized Training Partner) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–7 years (preferably in EdTech, Training & Placement, or Staffing) About Us Candent Academy, a division of Candent Technologies, is a SAP Authorized Training Partner with a strong track record in SAP consulting and training. We are committed to empowering the next generation of SAP professionals with industry-ready skills and certifications. We are looking for a passionate and driven Placement Officer to lead the placement efforts for our SAP-trained candidates across modules like FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HCM, and more. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/TA teams of SAP partner companies, consulting firms, and end-user clients. Develop a robust placement network for SAP job opportunities (internships, entry-level, lateral). Identify hiring trends, SAP module demands, and align training outcomes to market needs. Facilitate campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer connect sessions. Work closely with the training team to ensure candidate readiness – including grooming, mock interviews, and resume preparation. Maintain a placement tracker with data on hiring companies, roles offered, salaries, and candidate feedback. Organize employer branding sessions and webinars with SAP professionals and companies. Coordinate candidate onboarding and post-placement follow-up with employers. Act as the point of contact for candidates regarding placement support, queries, and updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment (preferably in a training/education setup). Strong network in IT/SAP/ERP hiring ecosystem. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with targets and result-driven environments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. Preferred: Experience placing ERP/SAP or tech-trained candidates. Understanding of SAP modules and roles (Functional, Technical, End User, Consultant level).
