Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Manager located in Srinagar. The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing client acquisition strategies, conducting market research, networking, meeting with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. Qualifications Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the media, advertising, or video production industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
