Pitch Deck Designer

In this role as a Pitch Deck Creator / Designer at Venture Crafters, you will have the opportunity to work directly with founders of startups to create compelling investor decks that play a crucial role in fundraising and bringing their ideas to life. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and building investor decks that capture attention and effectively communicate the startup's vision. - Collaborating closely with founders to understand their vision and translate it into a coherent and engaging story. - Conducting market research, simplifying complex ideas, and translating them into visually appealing presentations. - Developing templates and design systems tailored to various startup verticals such as Fintech, SaaS, and Healthtech. - Working with content and strategy teams to refine the structure and messaging of the decks. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is: - Curious about startups and the fundraising process. - Proficient in tools like Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, or any other software that helps in storytelling. - Possesses a strong sense of design, structure, and logic, prioritizing functionality over aesthetics. - Detail-oriented, able to adhere to timelines, and committed to continuous improvement. - Open to feedback and comfortable with fast-paced execution.
