If you are from good background and can get loan from other Banks/ NBFC please go ahead with them. This company has very poor service. Conditions so bad that their left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. They are best for people with low CIBIL and who cannot get loan elsewhere.

This is worst NBFC of all time. They are habitual of dealing with defaulting customers and will treat you same. If you are well to do have good CIBIL don’t go for this company

This is one of the worst housing finance company and I have regretted taking loan from this finance house. Their Agent by name Vishal Chavan is big fraud. He will make you pay processing fee at his personal account and charges commission separately and later holds the loan and asks fof extra money to process it further

People are not professional, don’t know rules and regulations. Always make false commitment. Worst part, once you get demand letter and you are against payment deadline, people like Sachin Malpure and Vinod Chavan will not respond your calls or messages.

Based on my today's meeting attended for foreclosure process (Thane Kapurbawdi.)They will not support or suggest If they have the solution.We have to fight for resolve our basic queries. They never respect their customers and don't have basic sense for the same.
