Very bad service all staff very iggostic When I meat manager he don't talk about my loan closure plz give them some knowledge how to treat customers when they come in bank

It's humble request to all of my elder brother's and sister's please please do not avail a loan from DHFL.... very bad experience. Worst Experience. All staff including regional manager have no sense how to speak with other.

Received loan with ease at 8.7%. It has been now 2.5 -3 years since I had availed the home loan but in less than 1 year they have increased it to 9.92%. Pathetic customer support experience. During the covid times where ROIs have reduced to 6.50% in some banks and almost 7-7.5% in others they are still charging roi at 9.92%.

Poor staff, sheer harrasment and Ill mannered staff.
