Responsibilities Requirements Design, develop, and maintain Pimcore-based solutions with high performance and scalability Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices and standards Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pimcore applications Optimize Pimcore implementations for performance, security, and maintainability Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives Strong hands-on experience with Pimcore and PHP development Proven experience in leading development teams and technical projects Strong understanding of Pimcores architecture, modules, and integration capabilities Experience with API development, database management, and performance optimization Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
