Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining files. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance and supporting clerical functions to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills Strong Clerical Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
