Role Description

We are looking for dedicated and certified Pilates Coaches for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram, Noida , Faridabad locations. Responsibilities include conducting personalized and group Pilates classes, creating customized workout plans for clients, educating them on proper techniques, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Coaches will also be expected to evaluate clients' fitness goals, assist with progress tracking, and promote overall health and well-being within our fitness community.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pilates training techniques, including mat and equipment-based exercises
• Strong understanding of fitness assessment, individual fitness planning, and proper exercise form
• Excellent communication and instructional skills to guide group and individual sessions
• Ability to adapt to the varying fitness levels and requirements of clients
• Relevant certification in Pilates instruction or a similar discipline
• Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention
• Positive and motivational attitude with a commitment to client success
• Experience in health, wellness, and fitness training or lifestyle coaching (preferred)
