Job Summary

We are expanding our commercial livestock operations and seeking dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individuals for our piggery farm in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves day-to-day farm management, animal care, hygiene maintenance, and supporting farm operations to ensure healthy and productive livestock.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily care and feeding of pigs
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining pig pens and farm environment
• Monitoring animal health and reporting issues to farm management
• Assisting with breeding, farrowing, and weaning processes
• Mixing feed and managing feed schedules
• Maintaining farm records (feed consumption, health, production)
• Operating basic farm equipment
• Ensuring compliance with biosecurity and hygiene standards
• Supporting farm supervisors in daily tasks
• Maintaining discipline and a positive work ethic on the farm

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: 10th pass / High School (Agriculture diploma preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in piggery farming / livestock / dairy / poultry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of pig handling, feeding, and hygiene
• Physically fit and able to handle farm labor
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain records
• Basic understanding of animal health and welfare
• Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria

Age Group

• Preferred age: 35 to 45 years
