This is a full-time on-site role for a Picking and Packing associate at Swiggy Instamart Ads, located in Tirunelveli. The Picking and Packing associate will be responsible for collecting items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring the accuracy and quality of items picked, packing items securely for delivery, and maintaining organized work areas to ensure a smooth workflow. The role will also involve inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.

Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as required
Basic inventory management skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus
