Job Summary: We are looking for reliable and energetic Picker-Packers to join our team at the Sarthana store. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and packing them securely for delivery. Key Responsibilities: Pick items from shelves based on customer orders using the hand-held device. Ensure accuracy in picking the right product, brand, quantity, and expiry date. Pack items carefully and securely in designated packaging material. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area. Report any missing or damaged stock to the store supervisor. Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management as needed. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times. Meet daily targets for speed and accuracy. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent. Basic reading and numeric skills. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or grocery picking/packing is a plus. Working Hours: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. 8-10 hour shifts depending on store requirements. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance incentives.
