3-month comprehensive training program

Clinical Skills

• Accurate history taking & diagnosis formation
• Patient examination using manual therapy techniques
• Hands-on treatment: exercise progression, form correction, prohibited exercises & rationale
• Leveraging technology for consistent diagnosis & treatment

Processes

• Recording diagnosis, functional goals & treatment progress
• Tracking patient outcomes at intervals and completion
• Managing operational processes for a seamless patient journey

Personality Development

• Grooming & soft-skills training
• Effective communication & expectation setting
• Handling patient barriers & sensitive situations

Post Training:

• Conduct comprehensive first consultations & arrive at accurate final diagnoses
• Explain diagnosis, treatment approach & expected outcomes to patients
• Administer treatments as per Plan of Care & track progress regularly
• Ensure patient compliance with exercises for long-term recovery
• Recommend posture & lifestyle products to aid recovery
• Maintain updated patient records in the app in real time
• Collaborate with specialists (ortho, neuro) for holistic care
• Work with virtual teams to ensure continuity of care for remote patients
• Ensure smooth case handovers & excellent patient experience at all times
