Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their physical condition and diagnose movement dysfunction

Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate exercise, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patient mobility and function

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to aid recovery and prevent further injury

Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards

Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and technologies to continuously enhance patient careRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution

Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist

Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of various physiotherapy techniques

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Strong analytical skills for assessing patient needs and developing effective treatment plans

Empathy and patience in dealing with patients experiencing physical discomfort or painWorkplace Culture
