Position: Full-Time Physics Teacher Qualification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is a must Gender Preference: Female Grade Level: Higher School (ICSE Curriculum) School : Vidyashilp School, Bagalur Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should be a B.Ed graduate with a strong understanding of Physics concepts and teaching methodologies. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in achieving academic excellence in accordance with the ICSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective and engaging Physics lessons for higher school students. Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the ICSE curriculum. Assess and monitor students' progress through assignments, projects, and exams. Encourage student participation, inquiry, and critical thinking in the subject. Provide individual support and guidance to students who need extra help. Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback to students and parents. Promote the values of curiosity, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry. Collaborate with fellow educators to create an enriching academic environment. Keep updated with the latest developments in Physics and teaching methodologies. Ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment for all students. Required Qualifications and Skills: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory). A degree in Physics or a related field. Previous experience in teaching Physics at the higher school level (ICSE curriculum) is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
