Conduct interactive and engaging hands-on science activities , with full guidance from the Prep-Ally team. Use practical experiments and real-world applications to make learning more engaging and effective. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to improve student performance. Guide students through doubt-solving sessions, assignments, and practice problems . Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and implement them in the classroom. Actively learn and prepare to teach Grades 11 & 12 in the future, as this will benefit long-term career growth, skill upgradation, and self-development within the Prep-Ally academic system. Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Graduate in Physics or Engineering (IIT, NIT, or top-tier universities preferred, but not mandatory) . Experience: Freshers & candidates with 1 year of teaching experience are welcome to apply. Passion for Teaching: Strong desire to work with students and make learning enjoyable.
