Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Physics Faculty specializing in JAM, CSIR-NET, and GATE examination preparation. The primary responsibilities include delivering comprehensive and effective lectures, creating and evaluating academic content for students’ better understanding, and guiding students through formulating problem-solving techniques. The faculty member will also ensure students are well-prepared to achieve excellent results by addressing their doubts and tailoring teaching approaches as per individual learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in core areas such as Physics and Theoretical Physics.
• Familiarity with related fields like Astronomy and Mathematics.
• Experience and skills in Physics Education and exam preparation for JAM, CSIR-NET, and GATE.
• Outstanding communication and teaching skills to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
• Post-graduate degree or higher in Physics or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving results for students, along with adaptability to emerging educational technologies.
